As the day and night come into perfect balance, so too can we. Join us for a sacred and restorative 90-minute Fall Equinox Workshop—a time to pause, reflect, and realign with the rhythms of nature.

This mini-retreat will support you in aligning with the rhythms of the season through grounding healing practices including a sound bath, Reiki energy, and an herbal tea blend featuring plants associated with autumn and the harvest. You'll be guided through practices that honor balance, release what no longer serves, and celebrate the quiet abundance you've cultivated.

Katy Romita brings nearly two decades of experience in a variety of meditation and healing practices, including Mindfulness Meditation, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Reiki. Katy approaches her work with the knowledge that we are all whole, complete, and enough, as we are—and that these practices can serve as a helpful reminder.
