Training Program for New Volunteers

This program is a hands-on experience for animal lovers who are interested to join as a member of our team of volunteers caring for over 200 dogs.

During the training, you will get to do the various house keeping tasks (cleaning, cooking, washing etc) to be done at shelter.

Get to know the various dogs, understand differences of every dogs to take care when leashing/walking. And also get to know the dogs that new volunteers should not disturb.

By the end of the day, you will have experienced the daily work routine of a regular volunteer at the shelter. You can then decide if you are able to commit to join our team and volunteer regularly every week.

The training will be led by our senior volunteers. ⁠⁠Each group will consist of 6-10 people. The training will be bi-lingual in Cantonese and English.
