KROG - 3-DNEVNA DELAVNICA Z MARTINO IN ANŽETOM
Vabiva te, da se nam pridružiš na delavnici na Bledu. Ta 3-dnevna delavnica te bo podprla, da se povežeš in uskladiš s svojim krogom, spoznaš druge kroge in se sinhroniziraš s kroženjem v naravi, ki se v tem letnem času umirja, barva v vijolično-rdeče-oranžno in obrača navznoter.
V varnem okolju skupine te vabim, da se razplešeš in naužiješ darov, ki jih krožni zemljevid prakse 5Ritmov Gabrielle Roth nudi vsakomur izmed nas. Krog kot inspiracija, kjer se povežem s svojim središčem in krožim znotraj svoje osi, v tekočem ritmu. Krog kot prostor, kjer se srečava in kreirava nekaj več kot zmorem sam/sama v ritmu stakata. Krog kot prostor kreacije kaosa skupine, kjer vsak prispeva svoj košček plesa, sveta in skupaj kreiramo doživetje, ki je večje od vseh nas skupaj. Krog v mojih očeh, krog v tvojih očeh in gibanje vseh krogov v nas, med nami in še širše, med soncem in luno ter zvezdami so kvalitete zavedanja lirike. Vidik kroga kot simbola brez začetka in konca je kvaliteta zavedanja globoke tišine.
Dobrodošli, da skupaj praznujemo življenje tukaj in zdaj, se zahvalimo za darove poletja in pozdravimo jesen ter skupaj zaplešemo v prehod med letnima časoma.

Odmik bo potekal na Bledu, turističnemu biseru svetovnih razsežnosti na robu Triglavskega narodnega parka, ki je bil med nominiranci za sedem novih čudes sveta. Odlikujejo ga blago, zdravilno podnebje in termalni vrelci jezerske vode. Plesali bomo v prijetni topli dvorani z lesenim podom, ki je rezervirana samo za našo skupino.

"Delavnica Krog je bila odlična! Šli smo v globino in raziskovali naš notranji svet – kaj si želimo znotraj svojega kroga in česa ne. Kar mi je bilo posebej všeč je, da smo to tudi jasno zapisali. Martina in Anže sta akreditirana člana Mednarodne asociacije 5Ritmov učiteljev (www.5Rhythms Global). Martina ima 17 let izkušenj s poučevanjem umetnosti, delom v gledališču ter intuitivnim petjem. Enajsto leto zapored vodi redna tedenska srečanja v Ljubljani, vodi večdnevne delavnice v Sloveniji in tujini. Uči s strastjo, združuje znanje in navdih. V letu 2022 je končala izobraževanje za nivo dela s čustvi (Heartbeat) in ostaja predana učenka prakse 5Ritmov.
Anže pleše 5Ritmov že več kot deset let, pet let zapored pa vodi redna tedenska srečanja v Ljubljani. V letu 2021 je končal trening za učitelja 5Ritmov, nivo valovi (Waves). Po poklicu je socialni delavec, z diplomo iz Sistemskih postavitev. Zaljubljen je v nogomet, gore in potovanja ter potope v mrzlo vodo. Anže in Martina sta predana raziskovalca metode 5Ritmov in zaljubljena v življenje.
Udeležba na delavnice se šteje za 3 dni, nivo valovi (Waves), za tiste, ki ste na poti za učitelja 5Ritmov.
JEZIK: delavnica bo vodena v angleščini/slovenščini.

CIRCLE – 3-DAY WORKSHOP WITH MARTINA AND ANŽE
We invite you to join us at the workshop in Bled. This 3-day workshop will support you to connect and harmonize with your circle, learn about other circles and synchronize with circulation in the nature, which at this time of the year calms down, colors purple-red-orange and turns inward.
In the safe environment of the group, I invite you to dance it out and enjoy the gifts of 5Rhythms Gabrielle Roth's circular map offers each of us. A circle as an inspiration, where I connect with my center and circle within my axis, in rhythm of Flowing. A circle as a place where we meet and create something more than I can do alone in the rhythm of Staccato. The circle as a space for creation of group Chaos, where everyone contributes their own piece of dance, of the world and together we create an experience that is greater than all of us together. The circle in my eyes, the circle in your eyes and the movement of all the circles within us, between us and beyond, between the sun and the moon and the stars are the qualities of awareness of the Lyrical rhythm. The aspect of the circle as a symbol without beginning and end is the quality of awareness of the rhythm of Stillness.

The retreat will take place in Bled, a tourist gem of world proportions on the edge of Triglav National Park, which was nominated for the New Seven Wonders of the World. It is distinguished by its mild, healing climate and thermal springs of lake water. We will dance in a cozy warm hall with a wooden floor, which is reserved only for our group.

Martina and Anže are accredited members of the international Association of 5Rhythms Teachers (www.5rhythms.com). Martina: dancing since 1997, teaching from 2014 (Waves), 2022 (Heartbeat). She is a dancer, vocalist, artist, in love with theatre. She is passionate about teaching, books, cats and traveling. Gabrielle Roth’s sentence: "I love your fire" changed her life. Her teaching style is respectful and sensitive for group-body, she is also very playful and joyous, sometimes you have a feeling you are in the middle of constellation work.
She is a teacher and event organiser in Ljubljana/Slovenia, Expressive Art Therapist, theatre director, librarian, moderator of business constellation work and holder of Workshops: Creative with your Shadow, New Vision, Voice&Heart, Into your Wild, Let the Sunshine in and Soul Flight.
Anže has been dancing 5Rhythms for more than ten years and for six years in a row leads regular weekly classes in Ljubljana. In 2021 he completed training for a 5Rhythms teacher, Waves level. He is a social worker by profession, with a degree in Family Constellations. He is in love with football, aikido, mountains and travels. Anže and Martina are dedicated researchers of the 5Rhythms method and are in love with life.
For those on a path to become a 5Rhythms teacher, this workshop counts 3 days, Waves level.
