Owl Prowl

Halloween will be over but the spooky events continue at FENCE, it’s time for our annual owl prowl.

Join Kevin Burke, Carolina Nature Tours, on a guided walk and talk learning about the area's owl species. We will spend a couple hours in search of owl species such as Great-horned, Eastern Screech, or Barred. This should be a fun evening stroll around FENCE. Of course, we will hope for calm and clear weather as windy conditions can make finding owls very difficult! Bring your flashlight or headlamp (something with a red light option is best), your 'inside voices,' and get ready for some owling!
