Fall Bird Walk

Join Kevin Burke, of Carolina Nature Tours, on Thursday, November 20th at 9am for a fun morning of birding around FENCE. We will search for Sparrows, Raptors, and Woodpeckers during this easy 2 hour walk. Late fall is a great time to study our resident birds such as: Eastern Bluebird, Red-bellied Woodpecker, and Brown-headed Nuthatch. Bring your own binoculars, extra binoculars will be available to borrow if needed. Please meet at the lower parking lot by the Garden Cabin and FENCE Center.

Birders of all levels are welcome. Please remember to dress appropriately for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring along a water bottle.
