Yoga hybrid flow (10:45AM-11:15AM

Good day fellow enlightened experiencers of the holistic realm.
Please join me for a 4 past yoga hybrid class. I will conduct 30-minute hybrid class starting with a 20-minute yoga session using 2 disciplines along with a 10 min sound bowl meditation set. I will be available for a 15 min Q & A. This session is free so please bring your own mat/thick beach towel, along with a block or book to help with stability and a web belt to better stretch on certain poses.
