Tuesday GENTLE Slow Flow

You can expect gentler flows and longer holds with lots of modifications and options offered, with an aim to include all bodies, limitations and levels of experience. We will spend more time seated and reclining and less time on wrists, knees or in flow.
This class will also explore some of the other 8 limbs of yoga, including mudra, meditation, pranayama (breath work) and some yoga philosophy.
