Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and self-care as we transition from summer to autumn with this restorative Mini-Retreat.
Designed to help you mindfully embrace the changing season, this replenishing mini-retreat allows space for you to explore gentle, accessible yoga movements, guided meditation and breath practice before settling into nourishing restorative postures supported by props (blankets, pillows, blocks, bolsters) and held for longer periods of time to facilitate deep release of tension and stress.
Open to all ages and experience levels, this restorative self-care mini-retreat offers a perfect opportunity to start your week and meet the Autumn season ahead feeling renewed and refreshed.
Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. Some props will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite items!
