Paul’s incredible career has seen him train under legends like Gary Rhodes, Gordon Ramsay, and Marcus Wareing, spending over two decades refining his distinctive style of elegant, playful British cuisine, rooted in Cornwall’s finest seasonal produce.

Now chef-patron at the Michelin-starred Paul Ainsworth at No 6 in Padstow, run alongside his wife Emma, the restaurant recently ranked 25th in the UK’s Top 100 by the prestigious National Restaurant Awards. A true testament to his excellence and ever-growing popularity.

2025 also saw the exciting addition of the St Enodoc Hotel in Rock to their portfolio, offering another incredible Cornish destination to experience Paul and his team’s hospitality.
