Hatha flow yoga- beginner friendly

****This session will be Sunday evening instead of Monday - due to fire training.
Join us as we embark on a journey of yoga practice
at the Maitland Fire hall from 6:30-7:30.

Leading you in this journey is the lovely Julia Shaw-Blackwell.

Hatha yoga flow style. Beginners welcome!

Cost for each class is pay what you can with a suggested cost per class is $5.00-$10/ person - proceeds shared between Maitland fire Auxiliary and our lovely instructor. Please bring a mat, block, blanket and water bottle but should you not have a mat or block, a limited amount of extras will be on hand to borrow.
