Frank was a club member here for a number of years. He was an exceptional ambassador for the force with young players who got to play with and against, as well as talk to a “cop”. He gave those kids the opportunity to see him as a person, a human being, not just a uniform, which a good many of them had never experienced before. He didn’t preach. He was just Frank, a good guy to have on your team, or a very worthy opponent to have to out fox. Nobody can fix the world, but Frank worked at it one way or another all the time. Frank was a good friend, always willing to help and support me and my field in anyway he could. gone far too soon!
