This is a relaxed, supportive space for anyone looking to build their confidence and feel more comfortable putting themselves out there. Throughout the workshop, you'll have the chance to ask questions, share your experiences, join in group discussions, and connect naturally with others who are working on their confidence too.
At the end of the workshop, you'll also receive an Insider Info Pack - your handy guide packed with contact details of all our speakers, useful resources, and extra tips to help you keep building your confidence. It's everything you need to keep learning, stay connected, and continue backing yourself after the event!
