Christmas Yin and Restore

Our usual Tuesday morning yin yoga session....with a twist!

A restorative session using blankets, bolsters and props to be comfy and cosy, the perfect way to slow down and unwind before the Christmas festivities begin!

The session will be slightly longer than usual to include an extra long savasana/yoga nidra, plus the chance to enjoy a warm drink and a mince pie afterwards.

Booking via my bookwhen site. Usual price of £10 applies but donations gratefully received towards refreshments, with any donations going to Children's Hospice South West.
