Chocolate class

Come to The Trees and learn about ganache and its many properties. We will make truffles and learn how to finish pastry with ganache. We will also learn how to make flourless chocolate torte flavored with espresso and hand dip strawberries.

Classes are $90 (8 students) for approximately 3 hours, you can reserve a space by Venmo (@Leslie-Muhlhahn) or with PayPal @ bG11aGxoYWhuIHwgeWFob28gISBjb20=. Please send with your payment the following information:
- Names and count of people attending
- Good Email address to reach you
- Date of the class you are signing up for
