Troy Pa Halloween Parade followed by Trick or Treating
It's almost time again for the Troy, Pa Halloween Parade.
This year the parade will be held on Saturday November 1st at 6pm. We will parade up Canton Street to Taylor Street.
Costume and Float Judging starts at W.R. Croman promptly at 5:15, Please be on site at 5pm to be organized for judging. Winners will be announced at 5:45 by our Chamber Representatives "Kimberly and Zachary Jennings".
All participants should be on site by 5:30 for line up by our Parade Boss "Zachary Gates" and his assistants. Parade will step off promptly at 6pm.
