We are excited to kick off the Kansas upland season with a morning pheasant hunt at Pennell Creek in Troy Kansas!
We will enjoy a fun morning hunt, followed by an optional stop at Parkway Distillery to chat about our experience, and answer any questions you may have! The hunt will be about 2.5 hours long, and please plan to be there at least 15 minutes early, to prepare and be part of the safety meeting. Skill level for this event is beginner, with hunters' safety, a KS hunting license, and safe shotgun handling skills required. Physical ability level is intermediate, and hunters should expect to cover around 3 miles of variable terrain on foot, while carrying your gun/gear. We look forward to seeing you there!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (8:30 am) to prepare, participate in the safety meeting (8:50 am), and take a group picture. The hunt begins at 9:00 am and will be approximately 2.5 hours. Bird cleaning will take place immediately following. Any participants who would like to join may meet us at Parkway Distillery afterwards, discussion and food/drink.
