Thunder Mountain Curry popup Wednesday!

Our outdoor popup season is coming to a close. We will be doing weekly events at our home in Capital Roots Good Food Market at 598 River St, Troy from 12:00-6:00.

Our popups will feature new dishes often made demo style in front of you. This week we’re making two of my bucket list dishes I’ll demo 2 different Pot Stickers; one a vegan-friendly cabbage, shitake, and water chestnut, and the pork laarb filled.
Our other dish is Khao Soi, a creamy Northern Thai noodle soup featuring a coconut milk-based curry broth and soft, boiled egg noodles, topped with deep-fried, crispy noodles for a contrasting texture. It’s served traditionally with chicken drumsticks that have been simmered until fork tender. Come and browse the Good Food Market filled with local products and
