Ages 12+ Welcome. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian. Enjoy light bites, Charcuterie, an Intro to grappling, guided meditation, and a Sound bath: $30/ Event or $55 for both events. Feel free to bring a blanket for extra comfort during the sound bath.
