Aging in the Garden

Master Gardeners Marie and Bob Wieboldt will explore the many benefits of gardening for seniors and overcoming seniors' or others' physical limitations. Recommendations will be made for structures, accessibility, clothing, tools, and plant selections. Discussed will be tips on planting, weeding, watering and harvesting.

Special guest Peter St. Germain, owner of Brunswick Physical Therapy, will demonstrate some pre- and post- gardening stretches and moves to prevent aches, pains and injuries.
