Winter Schedual Starts

Winter Schedule starting Monday 3rd November 2025:
✨ Our Monday evening session will pause until spring.
✨ Instead, we’ll meet Monday mornings, 10am–1pm.
✨ The first hour (10–11am) will be devoted to meditation and calm reflection.
✨ From 11am onwards, it’s a relaxed space — chat, share, play board games, or get creative with art.

We’ll start with 10–1 sessions and adjust to what members need most. 💙

If winter feels harder for you, you’re not alone. Together we can keep routines, share interests, and support each other through the darker months.
