Sound Bath

The body softens.
The breath slows down.
The nervous system finally gets a moment to land.

Once a month, in The Old Town Hall,
I hold a Sound Bath for people who are tired of holding everything together.

Himalayan bowls.
Gong.
Chimes.

A quiet, safe space to rest without having to do anything right.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to meditate “properly”.
You just come, lie down, and let the sound do the work.
