Thursday Meditation / Mindfulness Practice

Like every Thursday evening: about 30-40 minutes of silent meditation (depending on the preferences of the people present) and a cozy chat with tea and usually homemade bread afterwards! Feel very invited, especially if you want to check out meditation without singing or guidance - just give it a try and feel at home with us and in a little break of silence.
