Velkommen til høstdugnad på Holvassgamma fra 5. til 7. september. Holvassgamma ligger langt inne i Fosens fjellområder. For å komme til koia må vi gå i ca 2 timer, gjennom skog og myr, og krysse en elv. Gamma ligger ved en idyllisk gressvoll med utsikt over Holvatnet. I 2023 var det en stor dugnad her med bytte av taket, og nå trengs det mer torv på taket.

Hovedoppgavene blir å fylle torv på taket og fjerne søppel fra koia. I tillegg er det litt mindre arbeid, f.eks. beising, tette sprekker, fikse hyller, etc.
Vi stiller med gratis middag og snacks, men frokost og lunsj må du ta med selv. Overnatting blir inne på koia - ta med egen sovepose og personlig utstyr. Se gjerne pakkeliste på nettsiden vår. Noen kan måtte sove i telt, se spørsmål i påmeldingen under.
Du bør også ha personlig turutstyr tilpasset norsk natur, dvs. fjellsko (helst vanntette), bukse og jakke som tåler regn, arbeidstøy som kan bli skittent/ødelagt, varme klær (helst ull), samt en sekk til alt utstyret ditt + ekstra plass til å hjelpe med å bære utstyr.

All info du skriver i skjemaet vil bli slettet når dugnaden er ferdig.

Welcome to the autumn volunteer work trip to Holvassgamma from September 5th to 7th.
Holvassgamma is located on the Fosen peninsula. To reach it, we’ll hike about 2–3 hours through forest and marshland, and cross a river. The cabin is beautifully situated on a grassy clearing with a view over Holvatnet. In 2023, there was a big work trip here to replace the roof, and now it needs more turf.

The main tasks this time will be adding turf to the roof and removing trash from the cabin. In addition, there will be some smaller jobs such as painting, sealing cracks, fixing shelves, etc.
We will provide free dinner and snacks, but you’ll need to bring your own breakfast and lunch. Accommodation will be inside the cabin—bring your own sleeping bag and personal gear. Check the packing list on our website. Some participants may need to sleep in tents; see the question about this in the registration form below.
You should have personal hiking equipment suited for Norwegian nature, i.e. hiking boots (preferably waterproof), pants and jacket suited for rain, clothes to work with that might get dirty/damaged, warm clothes (preferably woolen) and a backpack for all your stuff + extra space for helping to carry equipment.
A more detailed plan will be shared later. You will receive an email the Monday before the work trip begins if you are selected to join.
All information you post in the form will be deleted once the work trip is finished.
