This is an inclusive, playful writing circle for adults in English.
Whether you're a lifelong diarist, a first-time storyteller, an aspiring book author or somewhere in between, you’ll find a low-pressure, inclusive space to write, share, and have fun.
We will do some short prompts and exercise to jumpstart ideas and loosen up the pen, do some focus writing and have space for optional sharing and constructive feedback.
Who is it for? – Adults who want to write creatively in a friendly, encouraging and relaxed atmosphere. You can bring a project or arrive with a blank page and a sense of curiosity. Everyone is welcome!
What to bring? – A notebook and a pen or a laptop – whatever you prefer, an open mind and readiness to play with words.
When? – Tuesdays, 17:00-18:00 (starting 04/11/2025)
Where? – Trondheim Public Library
About the initiator:
Miriam studied Psychology (M.Sc.) in Germany and Creative Writing (MA) in England, and she now works at NTNU. She writes across styles and genres, always curious to try new forms and approaches. She has a deep appreciation for creative work made outside professional circuits and a particular passion for reading and listening to the voices of non-professional writers. She values diversity of perspective and the belief that in writing there is no right or wrong.
