Telegrafbukta: let's restore a kelp forest!

Kelp restoration is underway thanks to you all!
We’ll be in the water for about an hour, surveying urchin density and marine life, and removing sea urchins.
As always, snacks and drinks are on us!

No diving experience is required to participate in this event.

The only requirement is to sign up on Rissa Citizen Science website ( https://www.rissa-cs.org/event-details/telegrafbukta-lets-restore-a-kelp-forest).

You can contribute from land or in the sea.


Rissa CS does not provide diving equipment. If you don't own a wetsuit, we recommend that you become a member of SUT (Studentenes Undervannsklubb Tromsø). This would give you access to all the equipment you need to snorkel or scubadive. Get in touch with us if you have questions.
