Save Hundeløypa! Experience Tromsø's most beautiful skitracks before it is too late...

Do you enjoy cross-country skiing? Do you care deeply about nature? Did you know that large sections of the "Hundeløypa" ski trails are at risk of being removed to make way for housing developments? We want to change that—and we need your help!

Join WSH and Rissa Citizen Science for an educational journey through the woods as we document the beauty of the forest we’re striving to protect. Together, we’ll capture photos of this precious area, learn about its unique ecosystem and discover which red-listed species that call it home.

Let’s come together to protect what matters—nature, wildlife, and the trails we love. We will start at 9.15am at Skihytta and ski together to the little lavvo, where we meet up with Rissa Citizen Science. It's a beginner friendly tour, however, you should feel comfortable with small ups and downs (or ready to boldly take off your skis and walk through deep snow) :)
