This guided session will take place in our Lavvo Sauna, and invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect through heat, breath, and vibration. With Tibetan singing bowls and mindful presence, you’re invited into a deeper state of rest and inner clarity.

Magda Pagonis is a certified Yoga and Vibrational Sound Therapy practitioner, creating grounding spaces for restoration, reconnection, and gentle healing.
Session Flow:
Opening (inside the sauna – 10–15 min)
A grounding moment of breath and meditation as warmth and soft sound begin to open the body.
Sound & Heat Journey (45 min)
An immersive blend of vibration, breath, and heat. Intentional frequencies support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional release as the body unwinds and rebalances.
Integration (outdoors with tea)
We close outside, letting the body cool naturally and welcoming quiet reflection over a warm cup of tea.
