In this two part session, GNO’s team will get into how to navigate conflict with greater clarity, and explore the basics of harm reduction, the myths and realities of spiking. Exploring differences between conflict, harm, and abuse, and developing approaches that prioritise care, communication, and accountability both in the moment and after, we’ll look at specific challenges that arise in music and nightlife settings, and aim to inspire those working to make these environments safer, more inclusive, and more sustainable.
Takeaways will include fresh tools, frameworks, and ideas to help you support community safety, gender inclusion, and collective repair in your own networks. whether you're part of a music scene, collective, artistic collaboration or just care about community, this is open to all, with spaces are limited to 25.
