Beginners are always welcome: We’ll guide you through the basic poses step-by-step, so no experience is needed.

You don't need a partner to join!
We'll meet in the MMA (Martial Arts) room at Kraft, and we look forward to seeing you!

Payment: If you decide to join regularly, you'll need to become a member of TSI, which costs 300-400 kroner per year. You'll need to pay an additional Kraft Sportsenter entrance fee to enter the building where we train (discounted price for students).
