Cofounder and director of Lanka.pro collective (Ukraine). Lanka.pro focuses on creative economy development and explores ecosystemic solutions inspired by culture. Anna has more than 15 years in design and management of programmes both at Ukrainian and international level. She led creative economy work at the British Council Ukraine and also was a programme lead of the EU-funded programme Culture Bridges. She collaborated with European Commission, Cultural Relations Platform, Partnership Fund for Resilient Ukraine, RES-POL project, Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, etc.

This training session will introduce participants to the complete project management cycle with a focus on the specific needs of cultural organisations. We will explore how to effectively plan, implement, and monitor projects while building and sustaining strong partnerships. The session will provide practical tools and resources to help participants organize tasks, allocate resources, and coordinate teams more efficiently.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
This training session will provide participants with a practical understanding of Risk Management using the PMI methodology. We will explore the structured approach to identifying, analyzing, responding to, and monitoring project risks to improve decision-making and project success rates. The session will cover key processes such as risk planning, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, response strategies, and ongoing control. Through interactive discussions, participants will gain the skills to proactively manage uncertainties, minimize threats, and leverage opportunities in their projects.
