YOGA FOR EVERYONE 5 week block Hatha flow style yoga classes 600-700pm Wednesday night. Suitable for the absolute beginner through to those with some experience. I've been teaching yoga for over 20years and absolutely love it!!😍 If you've always wanted to try yoga but haven't yet or prefer a slower style of yoga then this is the class for you🙏 Flow style stretching, strengthening and relaxation, every week different, with options given to make easier or more intense. 5 week block is valid for up to 3 months so use the classes as you wish..
