Let’s bring our event full circle!
On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, we’re gathering at the Trinidad State College, Freudenthal Library for a Tech Night Out Team Showcase—and all six teams will share your presentation and where you’ve come since the hackathon.
Why this matters:
-Celebrate your progress and gain more community visibility.
-Recruit volunteers/partners.
-Get feedback and momentum for the next phase.
Event details:
-When: Tuesday, Jan 13, 2026, 5:30 - 7:30pm
-Where: Freudenthal Library, Trinidad State College (a beautiful and large space —invite as many as you’d like!)
-Format: 5-minute team update + 2-minute Q&A (light, demo-friendly).
-Run of show: Welcome→6 team updates→open networking.
What we need from each team:
-Confirm you’re in (reply-all with your team's name + primary contact).
-Slides or demo link (optional): 1–3 slides max, or a short demo URL.

-Three “asks”: What are one to three specific things the community can do to help (intros, venues, data, volunteers, etc.).
-Headcount: how many teammates + guests you’re bringing.
