Zion’s Shares Daring Confidence in God’s Grace:

God’s Work our Hands (GWOH) Sunday is Sept. 7, 2025. It is an opportunity to celebrate who we are as the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) — one church, freed in Christ to serve and love our neighbor.

Our GWOH service activities offer an opportunity to explore one of our most basic convictions as Lutherans: that all of life in Jesus Christ — every act of service, in every daily calling, in every corner of life — flows freely from a living, daring confidence in God’s grace.

Zion's will celebrate GWOH Sunday at Round-up Park in Trinidad with a worship service at 10 a.m. followed by a potluck picnic. We will provide chairs for this outdoor worship but feel free to bring a lawn chair if you want to do so.
