I invite you to join the September Chamomile Medicine Rest Circle—a gentle yoga and yoga nidra experience for women to connect with the grounding stability of chamomile.

Your Invitation to Rest:

The Chamomile Medicine Rest Circle is a way to step away from the frenzied pace of daily life. It is an opportunity to slow down and to rest in community and confidence. I invite you to accept this invitation to present with yourself, to gently move the body, to breathe deeply and to rest completely. I hope you will join us.

The details:

The cost is $20 for the 75-minute Rest Circle in a live in person event. Payment via venmo or cash. Event includes gentle restorative yoga, yoga nidra reclined meditation, journaling and an opportunity to share about your experience. This is the final outdoor rest circle of 2025.

Please bring a yoga mat, any yoga supports, a journal & pen.
