Join us for a hands-on sourdough workshop where you’ll dive into the timeless art of baking with natural starters. You’ll be guided through each step of the process, from understanding and maintaining a healthy starter culture to shaping your very own sourdough boule.
Throughout the class, Carrie will share her tried-and-true techniques, helpful tips, and practical knowledge to help you confidently begin your sourdough journey. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with an active starter culture, a sourdough boule that’s nearly ready to bake, and the confidence to continue baking sourdough at home.
The workshop includes a printed guide, hands-on instruction, plenty of encouragement, and the opportunity to sample freshly baked sourdough from Mindful Roots. It’s also a wonderful chance to connect with fellow bread lovers and maybe even make a few new friends along the way 🥖✨
