Stroke Smart: Recognize the Signs

February is Heart Health Awareness month! Join us at the Quinte West Public Library as we welcome Melissa Roblin, RN, the Stroke Prevention Nurse at Quinte Health.

She will provide an informative stroke prevention talk, focusing on how to recognize the warning signs of stroke, understand common risk factors, and adopt practical lifestyle changes to reduce stroke risk. Registration Required
