This restorative workshop blends practical self-care strategies with simple, grounding mindfulness practices to help you recharge, refocus, and reconnect. Through guided exercises, reflection, and breath-based awareness, you’ll learn how to weave moments of calm and care into everyday life so you can show up with more presence, balance, and ease.
