Let The Light In 5K & Family Event

Suicide prevention starts with turning on the light. Join us and light up the night at our second annual “Let The Light In 5K”! Together we can raise awareness and funds to support mental health and suicide prevention. Through this event, we aim to foster support, resilience, and hope for those affected by suicide; pushing back the dark and advocating for and speaking out about suicide prevention methods. We can run and walk together and make a meaningful impact.

Join us this autumn evening as we light up the dark! Bring your flashlights and glow sticks, wear bright colors, and get ready for an amazing event! Eat dinner with us picnic-style, play all sorts of games, listen to live-music from local musicians, and run or walk through a 5K or 1 Mile Fun-Run. The world of mental health and suicide prevention can feel so dark sometimes. But on September 27th, the world will be full of LIGHT!
