Junior Diva Defense Class

All girls between the ages of 7-14 are invited to participate in Zirkops Junior Diva Class!

Young ladies are not growing up in the same world as their parents did!

The Xtreme Divas 360 Women’s Self-defense program lends its training to cover our young ladies. Ladies of this age group are entering into a very difficult transition period where life stressors, social acceptability, and self-understanding make it difficult to see challenges clearly. Some of those challenges may have life-changing consequences, especially when personal protection skills are lacking. That’s where this class kicks in to increase confidence, awareness, and ability. Girls bring a friend, having a partner who understands and can also practice with you at home to strengthen your new skills is always a big plus!
