With the last gathering of the year approaching, citizens and strangers alike set their sights on Bartertown, getting to rest as they take on provisions and preparations before winter sets in full. Some citizens are attempting to celebrate another year closing out, and intend to decorate, host costume contests, and even carve a gourd or two, in preparation for a few themed drinks and feasts for a late night of casino nonsense. But others... well, others may not participate, and simply be on the hunt.
Considering all of the strange occurrences, mysteries, and even incursions that have befallen the town, many stay wary. For those same keen eyed worried warriors, they've noticed something. On the way in from the local states, the wildlife seems to have reduced significantly, until you get closer to Bartertown. Rather unexpectedly, animals can be seen in droves around the town, even out of their comfort zones. What could have caused this upset in the new natural order of the late apocalypse?
A transmission from your local radio transcribes some news;
“Science gone Mad! Bartertown is still reeling from the devastation from the army of Robots that rampaged across town, leaving a wake of innocents in their path. Through the suffering of the wasters, they managed to destroy these malicious machinations… For now.”
There is a brief pause, and then it continues;
“More sightings were seen from ‘Dr.Vance’, inflicting mutated viruses on anyone he visits. As of yet, no one has appended him and brought him to justice. Be wary of every shadow and strange sound in the night. Who knows what evil is lurking in the shadows waiting for its next victim!”

* Pregame check in begins 9 AM 10-17-25 and ends 5 PM 10-17-25 ( After which check in will be subject to shop hours throughout the event)
* Game time starts Friday 10-17-25 and ends Late Saturday night or very early Sunday morning.
* Camps will need to be clean before checking out.
* Campers need to be offsite by 12 pm Sunday 10-19-25
