Athlete Clinic: FRAN

Join us for our July Athlete Clinic as we take on the classic, unforgettable, benchmark workout "Fran."

Our warm up will prime you to hit this short workout with high intensity. We will discuss numerous scaling strategies to help you reach the stimulus and get the full "Fran" experience.

Fran is an essential benchmark to establish and periodically retest to gain insight on your work capacity and overall fitness development. Don't miss it!
