PIE SEASON IS BACK!!
I am excited to announce that my FIRST apple pie making class of the season is NOW SCHEDULED!
Join me in this hands-on class where I teach you how to make an apple pie from SCRATCH.
In this class you’ll learn:
-how to use a scale for measuring ingredients
-what apples to use
-how to prepare the filling (yes, we will be peeling and cutting apples!)
-how to make, shape, and make a lattice crust with your own pie dough
-tips and tricks
This is a take and bake class, you'll make your pie with me, take it home to bake (with instructions), and enjoy warm!

Prepayment and RSVP required by 9/8
Prepayment is due at the time of registration. If you need to pay cash, let me know and I can hold your spot until we can meet. Last day to register is 9/8 or if the class sells out. Limited spots available.
