About the event

Sunset Yoga & Breathwork

Join us for a lovely evening on the beach! This is a space for you to slow down and deeply connect with your body and with nature. We'll incorporate gentle yoga, breath techniques and meditation to ground, detoxify, and reset our nervous systems. Bring a towel, yoga mat and water bottle!

Event is 6:30 - 7:30, October 9th at

Treasure Island
10400 Gulf Blvd, Saint Pete

Take the path straight down from the parking lot, and we'll be on the right! I suggest arriving a bit early to ensure you have time to park and find us. If you have any trouble, contact Emma at (727)314-5382.
