Join us for a lovely evening on the beach! This is a space for you to slow down and deeply connect with your body and with nature. We'll incorporate gentle yoga, breath techniques and meditation to ground, detoxify, and reset our nervous systems ✨
Event is 7:30 - 8:30, August 28th, at Treasure Island, 10400 Gulf Blvd. Take the path straight down from the parking lot, and we'll be to the right! I suggest showing up a bit early so we can start on time 🙏🏼
