One day retreat to Meet Your Imposter!!
This is a unique 1-day immersion into a boutique trauma informed retreat experience, to meet and embrace those parts of you that formulate your IMPOSTER self.
Your IMPOSTER self are those parts that involve self doubt, fear of failure, perfectionism, discounting praise, even overworking.
This boutique experience has been carefully curated to allow you to safely meet and greet your IMPOSTER self with kindness.
A one day retreat, with two highly skilled practitioners, you will learn to work from your heart within the safe setting of a group.
Collectively we will gently explore where and how doubting yourself stops you moving forward.
Feel safe to actively work on your road blocks, teaches you how to get out of your own way in terms of avoidance and procrastination.
Using trauma informed practices to support participants to face your fears in a safe and gentle way. This allows you to identify exactly what you need to invite and call forward your positive parts like self-confidence and trust in self.
Embrace those empowered parts deep within, to build your resilience and enable yourself to meet your imposter part with gentle kindness.
Meet Your Imposter Retreat Day has something to offer every woman seeking to learn how to face off with procrastination, avoidance and those wretched feelings of CAN’T BE BOTHERED!!!
This unique Retreat experience provides the participant with an opportunity to work with two experienced practitioners – Karen Humphries & Samantha Bingham!
You will experience a variety of holistic and alternative practices to meet and greet that part called IMPOSTER.
This is your opportunity to –

- circuit break the over thinking and worry
- unwrap that knot of perfectionism
