11.45am Fresh juice break
12pm Awakening Akhanda Yoga with Derbhla
1pm Nourishing lunch
2pm Restorative Yoga & Nidra with Derbhla
3pm loving kindness meditation with Derbhla
4pm Sauna & sea swim on Ventry beach with Sona Sauna
