Men in Motion - An energising exercise session to boost both body and mind, led by Mickey Quinn — mental health facilitator, performance coach, 12-year intercounty footballer, and 3-year AFL player.
Suitable for all fitness levels, the session focuses on movement and overall wellbeing. After a short coffee and tea break, Mickey will continue with a wellbeing talk featuring When No One’s Watching (WNOW), a men’s mental health charity dedicated to breaking stigma and strengthening community.
