Teaming – teamwork and leadership by A.Edmondson

"The quality of the work is (largely) determined by the quality of the relationships" is a general saying that highlights the importance of collaboration dynamics within a team: How efficient is the team in brainstorming and thinking together? How clear is the overall framework of what they are doing? How well do team members follow up on decisions? And what about seeking and giving feedback?
We are learning with our colleague Bert Vandenbussche from Belgium and have a few open places for friends who want to explore the research-based work on teamwork and leadership by Amy Edmondson, an acclaimed professor at Harvard Business School. Through stories, theoretical explanations, and experiential activities, we will dive into these concepts during this two-day workshop.
The teaming dynamics are of special interest for teams that regularly deal with solving complex problems, continual improvement, and/or innovation.

The working language will be English.
