Teaming – teamwork and leadership by A.Edmondson

“The quality of the work is (largely) determined by the quality of the relationships” is a general saying, pointing towards the importance of the collaboration dynamics within a team: how efficient is the team in brainstorming and thinking together? How clear is the overall framework of what they are doing? In which way are the decisions followed up by the team members? And what about seeking and giving feedback?

We invite leaders and consultants to workshop where participants will have an opportunity to explore the research-based work on teamwork and leadership by Amy Edmondson, acclaimed professor at Harvard Business School. Through stories, theoretical explanations, and experiential activities, we will dive into these concepts over this two-day workshop.
The teaming dynamics are of special interest for teams which are dealing regularly with solving complex problems, continual improvement and/or innovation.

The working language will be English.
