Energizing Lunchtime Yoga

Join Abby, C-IAYT for weekly lunchtime sessions at Kiro Wellness Centre. 🙏🏻 this session is open to both staff & community members

Every Tuesday from 12:15-1 PM we meet in room 228 for yoga focused on meditative movement, gentle breathwork + yogic tools to awaken your energy.

Payment options include :
$120 for the 10 week series
$50 one month only
$15 drop in
