Stride into Wellness Senior Walk

Join us for the Stride to Wellness Walk, a fun and energizing walk for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting your wellness journey, this event is a great way to get moving, connect with others, and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

👟 What to Expect:
A scenic group walk around Central Community Park
Warm-up and cool-down stretches led by wellness instructors
Encouragement and motivation from community members
Free giveaways and water stations along the route
A great way to kick off your day at the Senior Health & Wellness expo!

Bring your walking shoes, a water bottle, and a friend—and let’s stride toward wellness together!
